RATES & BILLING
Session rates
Connection Club is a private-pay practice. All sessions are billed through your SimplePractice portal at the time of service.
PAYMENTS & INSURANCE
How billing works
Invoices are generated automatically after each session and charged to your card on file.
We can provide a superbill upon request for out-of-network insurance reimbursement. Contact us through your SimplePractice portal or by email.
POLICIES
What to know
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel. You can do this through your SimplePractice portal or by calling (541) 647-0933. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
For session-related questions, please use the secure messaging feature in your SimplePractice portal rather than email — it keeps your child's information protected.

Getting started
Not enrolled yet? Here's how the process works.
Send us a message or call. We'll learn about your child and tell you honestly if Connection Club is a good fit.
Your child is placed in the group that best matches their age and social learning level.
You'll receive a SimplePractice invitation by email to complete intake forms and set up billing before the first session.
Drop your child off. We'll connect with you at the end of every session during parent education time.
